STEF. LAGOGIANNIS Company was established in 1973 to meet customer specifications for M.V. and L.V. switchgear assembly design, construction and installation. It is one of the pioneer companies of the Greek market and is well-known throughout Europe and the Middle East.
The company application field is M.V. distribution switchboards, L.V. switchboards for power generation, main and sub-distribution switchboards, motor control centers (MCC/s), lighting panels, control panels and automation systems (PLC and SCADA applications) for public utility, ships, oil refineries, chemical industry, steel industry and buildings.
Careful planning according to international standards and customer needs always lead to a reliable product, with the help of our expertised technicians and modern laboratory.
Products constructed since 1996 are developed according to the 73/23/EEC directive and fulfill “CE” mark requirements. All relative documentation is kept in company files, except in some cases that part of the documentation (test documents) are kept in GERMANISCHER LLOYD files in Hamburg, which was the inspector of our constructions. The “CE” mark is accordingly affixed ο n our products.
The company has been certified for Quality Assurance ISO 9001 since Oct. 1998.
Test certificates have been given to our products by various inspection companies (GL, ABS, DNV etc).
STEF. LAGOGIANNIS has experienced employees and a lot of specialized external cooperatives.
The engineering department implements optimum product design according to National and International Standards (CENELEC, ELOT, IEC, DIN etc). It also offers a wide variety of specialized services to our customers such as consulting engineering, project management, training and technical support.
Our test laboratory is fully equipped with the appropriate test instruments, in order to perform complete tests and measurements to switchboards, as standards require. Load test, insulation test, megger test and harmonic distortion measurements are some of the most important tests we perform on our switchgear assemblies.
The factory is equipped with the necessary machinery in order to construct any kind of assembly the customer needs.
The electrical department has the ability to assemble any kind of construction designed either by classic automation or by microprocessor-based technology (PLC, SCADA, PC etc).
A well experienced team is also used for on-site installation (cable routing, instrumentation, testing, calibrations etc) until each project is delivered to the customer in full operation.
